Chart slow to load/freezes

Hi,

That’s usually because of an internet connection issue. It may be an ISP issue but not necessarily.

I don’t think so, because if it was internet connection issue my wordpress would be loading slowly and freezing when updating or creating posts. Which is not the case.

When I google the error

No one ever mentions ‘internet connection’ but rather issues with coding.

Not quite so sure, because I always use setOnLoadCallback before doing anything.

Basically the plugin takes all those precaution measures and you still have the error.

Have you tried using a different browser? Maybe a privacy browser extension is blocking something without outputting anything in console.

PS: I never had that error.

There are no issues when I use IE or Firefox. Firefox was initially slow when I logged in to my dashboard, but when I changed the date range few times it was working OK. It doesn’t work in Chrome.

So I can safely eliminate internet issues or plugin conflict or anything that could possibly be blocking ajax.

There were 2 other people I came across that have had the same or very similar problem

Are you aware of any setting in Chrome like number of open connections or something like that, that I could play with to see if I could get rid of the error ?

P.S. It tells me that the error is in /wp-admin/index.php:467

but when I open the file I don’t have line 467, I have 135 lines only.

Just click on index.php:466. It’s not the file you’ve mentioned.

Have you tried with a different browser? Is your website in localized or is it in en-US? The website URL would be also helpful.

When I click on index.php:467 it highlights:

Just an FYI, after updating to version 4.9.0.1 the chart no longer loads slowly or freezes in chrome.
