Charts don’t appear up anymore (but they do in the backend, when editing pages)

    Hi,

    I don’t know why, charts don’t appear anymore on pages.. but they do in the backend, when editing pages.

    It used to work perfectly before, and I don’t think I did something special…

    I have updated Visualizer with the latest version, and the problem persists.

    Hi @thomasroy,

    Apologies for the late response.

    Kindly try disabling all plugins except the Visualizer and check the page if the chart appears? Please do create a back up of you site before doing this step.

    Let us know how it goes.
