charts don’t show up

    A charts is made by a short code.

    But this charts don’t show up since some months ago.

    A error message is as follows.

    I made sure chart 689 was registered in a chart library.

    The visualizer version is 3.4.8.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    In this full page capture, I can see both charts. The first one has chart ID 689. I’m not sure what the problem is. Can you please confirm?
