Hi, I know this isn’t new, but haven’t found a fix yet. The traffic summary shows up but the charts do not. Things were working ok, but its been like this almost a year. Haven’t had time to fix but would like to figure it out.

    thank you in advance.

  • Same here, although everything worked for just fine me until 14.6.0 version, the charts are completely “broken”, same thing after 14.6.1 update. I checked, there are no conflicts with other plugins or theme itself, downgrading to 14.5.2 didn’t help either. BUT…. just a minute or two after writing this I’ve remembered that the same thing happened few years ago and “fix” was (and still is) pretty simple. I forgot that I’ve turned off Adguard addon in my browser, refreshed the page and now everything works perfect. I don’t know if you have adblock or similar addon installed, if you do, try to disable it just for your domain.

    Hi,

If you are using ad blockers extension or DNS Ad + Trackers blockers, please disable them and check if your issue is resolved.

If the problem persists, please open your browser’s console log, and if there are any errors in the Console tab, send those errors. Additionally, as per the screenshot in the link below, check the Network tab with a Reload to see if you receive a Status Code 200. If you do not receive a response, send the content in the Response tab for further investigation.

Hi, I appreciate the suggestion regarding the adblock, but that didn’t change greyed out charts. Plus on another site wpstatistics show up fine.

I looked at the console error and found this –

JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed with logging active, version 1.4.1 jquery-migrate-1.4.1-wp.js:23:17
Layout was forced before the page was fully loaded. If stylesheets are not yet loaded this may cause a flash of unstyled content. jquery-1.12.4-wp.js:3:25904
This site appears to use a scroll-linked positioning effect. This may not work well with asynchronous panning; see https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/performance/scroll-linked_effects.html for further details and to join the discussion on related tools and features! admin.php

Not getting a 200 error that I can see on the Network tab, the jquery keeps coming up on the network tab and the response is wp: auth-check true.

    thank you in advance!

    Hello,

Please, if possible, send a screenshot from your browser console so that we can investigate this issue more precisely.

    Thank you for your cooperation.
