CHARTS NOT VISIBLE

    i have installed the plugin and created a chart but adter pasting the shortcode it is not visible on the page. I have tried both the wordpress editor and the page builder to paste the shortcode. The page is showing blank space.

    @amank3022 please check you have disabled caching at all levels (plugins, CDNs, hosting) as that’s a typical reason for this to happen.

    I’m having this same issue. I’ve cleared my cache at all levels and the charts are still not visible.

    I use Divi. Is there a compatibility issue?

    I rolled back to the previous version (Version 3.4.4) of Visualizer and my charts appeared. So, you might have some bugs in the latest version.
