• We’ve been using pure chat for a while under an account that belonged our fulfillment company. We set up our own (free) account and set up a new widget for that account (I think). But then the fulfillent company closed their account and the chat box disappeared.

    We are using WordPress with the WordPress plugin.

    What happened? How do we reestablish the connection between our pure chat account and the website?
