Chat box loads but no dialogue is shown

The chat box loads and it connects to Watson Conversation, but no dialogue shows up and I can’t see the user input. The logs in Conversation show the entries that I typed, so it seems to be receiving user input.

I’ve tried in different browsers and on different computers. I’ve also disabled all non-essential plugins. Is there something I can do to fix this? Or, do you have an idea of what might be wrong?
