Chat box only shows on first site page

  • Hello,

    The 3CX chat box only shows on the first page navigated to. When we go to another page on the site then the box disappears.

    To get the box back you need to reopen the browser.

    If you are logged into the site then the chat box does not disappear.

    We are not including or excluding any pages.

    Please help.

    @modemodom On your site there are errors on the developer tools of the browser.

    Can you please give it a check on those, as it may stop the callus.js file from loading properly.
