Chat button disappeared on site

Could you, please, check if there errors logged at “Having Issues?” plug-in settings tab.
Also, please attach errors from your browser console, if any.

1. Did you try to clear browser cache or to open site in a private window/tab?
2. Please check if your browser have logged any errors. You can take STEP 3 of this manual:

Hi, this has been resolved now.

It turns out that the settings had somehow been switched to limit the number of messages at 0 which is why the bot wasn’t visible. We’ve updated our settings and bot is visible again.
