Chat button enabled "no" removes it from view

    Using the free version. From what I am understanding, the chat box should still remain even if I have chat enabled set to “no”, so that offline chats can be recorded. However mine works fine when set to yes, but disappears when set to no. What setting am I missing to keep the box on the screen at all times when online or offline. Thank you.

    Hi there.

    So sorry for only getting back to you now.

    Setting ‘Chat Enabled’ to ‘No’ will disable the chat from showing up on your site.

    When logging into your WordPress dashboard, you will automatically be placed ‘Online’, and when logging out, the chat will go into ‘Offline’ mode.
