Chat button is not displaying

    Hi All,

    The plugin works fine while logged into the WordPress admin but as soon as you log out or use incognito mode it no longer pops up.button is not showing . please help to solve this issue.

    If you use cache plugin, they can affect livechat. Try to switch off them.

    Cache plugins are very important . If there any other ways to solve this issue

    Try to configure cache plugin not to affect livechat. I can’t help, it depends on plugin settings.

    Hi,
    I test it in staging site . The staging site has no cache plugins.
    But the same issue shown.
    In staging site chat button is not showing in admin login ,incognito window.
    Please help us.
