Chat icon disappears after some time and cannot reappear

Very often I see the issue where the icon does not appear on my page. When I reconnect the page it sometimes help, but later on it still does not show on the page. My page is https and the page is whitelisted in FB. What is causing this issue? Can you help on this? Thanks

After looking at your website there are two reasons:
1. Page has age restrictions which means that chat widget is only shown if user logged in to FB on the particular browser
