Chat Icon not Showing

Hi team, I am pretty sure there is a conflicting plugin.

However, I have disabled the ones I thought would clash and it doesn’t change it to working even after a cache clear.

I managed to find an after inspecting the page for fb-root and looking for display:none but unsure which file to edit.

Any help would be welcomed.
