Thank you for asking this question as several people have made inquires about this already.
Conversation logging is on the roadmap for a release in the very near future. I’m considering several different approaches to make this most useful.
The approach currently under consideration is to have a table in the WordPress Database where each interaction is logged as a row in the table.
The table would include columns such as and ID, date/time, chatbot/visitor and text of the interaction.
With conversation loggin turned on, should the chatbot get a lot of interaction, the DB will grow quickly. A manual or automated archiving or deletion methodology is needed.
So, I have a bit of work to do around this. Watch this space for developments.
