    Hi

    This is a pre-install question…

    Is there a common chat manager (for all of the chat channels) or do I need to login to WeChat, FB, etc. and manage chats individually on each channel?

    Hey @imincognito , thanks for getting in touch.

    Please note that the way Chaty works, it simply redirects to your preferred communication and social channels. For example, if you use the plug-in with WhatsApp, communication will be held in WhatsApp directly. There’s no portal for replying to all channels in one place.
