Chat messages are not being sent

    We have uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin but cannot get it to send messages whether logged into a facebook account or as a guest.

    On the website it does not show any error. On Facebook, we do not receive any notifications or messages that were submitted.

    It was working correctly last week.

    Any help will be greatly appreciated.
