Chat messages not displaying in WordPress page

    Hello,
    when I try to chat with a user like an agent, the messages are not displaying on “Live chat” page in WordPress, but messages are sent correctly and displayed in chat box on site. Can it be a plugin bug or a conflict with others plugins?

    Strange issue. Do you see any error on browser javascript console or in your php error log? Could easily be some conflict.

    I’ve checked both browser console and error log, but there are no errors related to this. I will then check if there are some conflicts.

    Which server mode are you using? 3CX High Performance Cloud Servers or OnPremise?
    Can you verify if the issue happens on both modes?
    You can switch server mode in Settings / Advanced Features.

    I’ve tried both modes and now, probably after the last plugin update, it works like a charm in both modes. Thank you!
