    Even though I have updated all the plugins on the site, I don’t see the chat on mobile devices, what can I do?

    Hi @simonefenoglio, do you see the chat icon on mobile devices if you request desktop website? If yes, it could be related to the mobile layout of your wordpress template.

    Hi @simonefenoglio, it’s confirmed that Litespeed plugin breaks our JS code. We suggest either to disable the plugin, or configure it to ignore our JS code. Best option is to ignore the entire content of wp-content/plugins/wp-live-chat-support .
