Chat msg showing to other people

Are you using some type of cache? We have your very same problem, we have narrowed it to be due to the cache.

The author sent us a link (https://guitarvid.com/lively-chat-support-edge.zip) to have another version of this plugin and that worked well.

If we update the plugin then it’s quirky again. So we’ve to stick to that github version. You should fix this.

Can you try updating to version 1.0.30? This includes the fix from that link.

We just tried version 1.0.30 and we have mixed results. Chats are no longer visible, ‘shared’ among clients, but only one is asked to fill out contact details. You can see this behaviour at https://www.aplika.mx

Not quite sure I understand… is the chat is always offline?
Can you invite me to the WP Admin area ([email protected])?
