    Hello,

that was efficient! Thank you! It was indeed a JS error. I did what you said and it’s working fine. So, should I just keep JS optimizations disabled?

now please try enable them back , one by one , and after each enabled , purge all and check , let’s try to narrow down which one caused the issue , and then see what to do next.

It’s the “Minify JS” that’s causing trouble.

I used to have only two enabled: “JS Minify” and “Load JS deferred”. For the test, I enabled “JS Minify”, purged all: the chat was not showing. So I disabled it and enabled “Load JS Deferred” to “deferred”, purged all and the chat was showing.

    Hello,

Just wanted to get back to you. I can’t go through the proccess right now so I just disabled the Minify JS setting and will figure things out later. Thank you for your help!
