Chat not working within popup

  • We are using the popup to display a Wise Chat session (embedded shortcode). The chat session displays perfectly, but the Send button is disabled. In a standard window/section the user can press Enter to send a chat message, but neither the Enter button nor the Send button work in the popup.

    Any suggestions for solving?
