Chat now offline: Edit standard offline message

    Hello,

    I would like to edit the standard message that appears when a chat operator is unavailable.

    Currently a remote user is asked to supply their email address and an operator will be in touch.

    I would like to edit the standard message so that the remote user supplies their name and phone number and a short message detailing the nature of their query.

    I am struggling to see exactly where I might perform this task.
