Hey @maemedrano , thanks for getting in touch. Unfortunately this is not possible with the My Sticky Elements plug-in. The example you showed is our Chaty plug-in though – you can see it here:https://demo.premio.io/chaty/
Chaty and My Sticky Elements are very similar in terms of functionalities, so the main difference between them is in terms of appearance – Chaty looks more like a ”chat” with rounded icons and with My Sticky Elements you can create a floating bar to the side or the bottom of your page.
They both have identical social and communication channels as well as custom link channels and contact forms (although the My Sticky Elements contact form is much more developed and with more customisation options), however with Chaty you can’t launch a custom HTML/ shortcode channel.
