Chat Pop Up HELP!

    Hi .. since the latest release I see the traditional chat icon in the bottom right hand corner but there used to be an option where you could display the Chat Box title, sub title and intro along with the “click to start chat”.

    This is different to the Auto Pop Up where it also includes the fields for name and email etc. We’d prefer not to use this as it takes up too much space on a mobile device.

    Has this feature been removed?

    Hello, thanks for your feedback. Actually there is some confusion with this feature. We’re going to clean this up, giving 3 possible options:
    1) No auto popup
    2) Basic, with icon and tagline only
    3) Full, with user form
