• Non riesco a visualizzare i messaggi degli utenti, ricevo la notifica in diretta se si tratta di un messaggio inviato al momento, ma se devo visualizzare la lista di messaggi e di ticket non appare nulla (nonostante il pallino di notifica mi indichi 43 messaggi)

    Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for sharing your question here.

    By default, there are two accounts in your Dashboard: your Business Property account and your Profile account.

    In your case, I believe you are seeing the Inbox section of your own profile account. This is the reason you are not seeing the 43 messages.

    To view the messages and tickets for your Property, follow the steps below:

    1. Click the Messaging icon in the left sidebar menu
    2. Select your Property by hovering over the hamburger icon at the top of the Dashboard.
    3. Your Messaging window will now show the messages for that Property.
