Chat Suddenly Stopped Updating

    Hello!

    We have been using the Chatbro plugin for the last few months on our website (sbsa.info) and have been very happy with it. However, today after someone posted around 9:45 AM PST, it stopped updating.

    Everything had been working to that point (I purposely didn’t upgrade Chatbro or WordPress because it had been working so well and I had not been able to make time to test the updates). However, after things stopped working today, I tried to clear local storage and then cleared the cache and performed a hard-reload… but it still won’t load the latest conversations.

    Any suggestions? Thank you in advance!

    Hi – the chat started working again! Sorry for not updating the support ticket.

    This issue is resolved.
