Chat transcript

  • When customer logged in as guest and want chat transcript as a record then how can they take chat transcript in their email as a record?

    Hi @davecoledave,

    This is an interesting feature request, and I’ve passed it on to the team.

    As it stands, for a guest, it may be more advantageous to log in, so that the user will have a record of the conversation in their Messenger inbox.
