Chat Transcript

Hi.
I’m trying to setup the 3CX on our dev site to make sure it doesn’t have any issues when we move over to this new chat plugin.
However, I’ve noticed that I can no longer enable the chat transcript under the general settings, like the 3CX documents suggest. In fact there is no chat transcript settings section at all under general settings on the plugin. Can you please let me know how I turn this on? This is an essential tool for our customer service team so we really need it.
