    Hello,
your plugin is really great. Just a small issue but a little annoying : my website is in french, and some little words (like “Type here…”) stays in english. I wrote in wp-config.php define (‘WPLANG’, ‘fr_FR’);, I tried to copy-paste .mo and .po in my wp_content/languages/plugins, I emptied cache, nothing happens. Could you help me please ? Thank you very much.

    Hi there

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

As our translation files are updated by our users, some tend to become slightly outdated as versions progress.

You’d be able to locate to the French translation files to update those strings by navigating to wp-live-chat-support/languages/

    I hope this helps?

As I told you, I already navigated in wp-live-chat-support/languages/.
I checked the document wplivechat-fr_FR.po, “Type here…” is translated in french, I found also “type” and “here” separately, “type” wasn’t translated so I did this, “here” was. I saved again, uploaded via FTP .po and .mo updated… And nothing changes !

    Hi there

My apologies for the confusion on my part.

I’m currently looking into this for you and will revert with feedback shortly. I suspect that the translation file needs to be updated on our side ??

    Seb
