Chat window is showing only when I’m logged in

    HI @cottage1260 maybe is a caching issue? We just tested your site and it seems it is working.

    Hi,

    finally, I found the problem and it was not a caching issue… for testing purposes, I disabled all cache.

    I guess that your documentation is not so good and the problem is in not explaining how to set up Firebase database… I had to make a new Firebase “Real-time Database” and now everything is working properly – but there is a warning “Your security rules are defined as public, so anyone can steal, modify, or delete data in your database” – please see https://www.dropbox.com/s/v5ialejxvyu4cwt/Screenshot%202018-06-07%2010.23.09.png?dl=0

    Is there a way how to solve this warning issue? Or am I using a wrong solution?

    Hi,
    This is only a message , at first connection , live chat will send the register rule at firebase, so you will not see the message anymore
