The chat box is no longer pulling up in any browser except Safari. I’ve changed the theme and turned off all the plugins so it’s not a conflict with the plugin.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @bonniec27 ,

There are a number of console errors on your site, that may block the live chat from loading.

Please resolve those problems first and then to check the live chat functionality.

    Hello,

I’m unclear what console errors you are referring to, can you please provide more information? I’ve looked at the settings and I’m not spotting an issue, they didn’t change settings and it was working recently and all of a sudden stopped. Plus why would it work in Safari if there are errors?

    Hello,

On Chrome for example open the More Tools > Developer Tools. Select Console and refresh the page. you will see at least two errors.

    Example of errors:
0b163.js:21 Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected end of input

Failed to set referrer policy: The value ” is not one of ‘no-referrer’, ‘no-referrer-when-downgrade’, ‘origin’, ‘origin-when-cross-origin’, ‘same-origin’, ‘strict-origin’, ‘strict-origin-when-cross-origin’, or ‘unsafe-url’. The referrer policy has been left unchanged.

In regards to Safari I do not have immediate access to a Mac machine in order to answer your query.

I haven’t used any customized code on the site, it’s only been built with Nexus Themes and some plugins. How do I find out what’s causing the code errors? As I mentioned previously I had disabled all the plugins and theme but the issue was still happening so I’m not sure where to go from here to get this resolved.

This issue is not resolved. I don’t know what’s caused these errors, there’s no custom code, and I know the theme and other plugins are not an issue so that leaves your plugin as the problem causing the errors. I’m not a programmer so telling me to resolve code errors isn’t helping me resolve the issue. My client originally paid for this plugin and now it seems it falls under the free support area. Is it better to go to the 3CX’s version so I can get the support required to figure out how to resolve the problem?
