Chatbot for same website with different languages

    Hello!
    Thank you very much for such handy plugin.
    All things works well.

    But after I decided to make my website in 2 languages (Russian and English), I wonder if it would be possible for the Chatbot to display dialogues in Russian language in case of Russian language version of site, and in English in case of English version of the same site?

    Thanks for reaching out.
    Currently, there is no way to make chat widget bilingual, but you can specify greeting in both languages e.g. “Hi! How can we help you? / Добрый день, как я могу вам помочь?”
    In the web version, you can build a bilingual bot based on language and once someone hits “Continue as ..” we receive from the Facebook locale of the user and you can navigate users to correct language dialogs based on it.
    You also can email questions to [email protected] about building a bilingual bot.
