Chatbot randomly stopped working about 2 weeks ago

    I just went to my Discussions tab and noticed no discussions for a couple weeks. Went to the chatbot and noticed it locks up like this on any question:

    I updated the AI Engine plugin (I have the Pro version), uodated the API key and the model, and still issue persists.

    How can I troubleshoot this? Need to get it fixed ASAP, thanks.
