    Hello,

    The chatbot’s reply is appeared in the UI before the user’s reply.

    Example:
    (1) Hello, what can I help you with today?

    (2) I would like to find out more about the product.

    (3) Sure, do you want to know its features?

    This is the correct order. However, I am facing a bug whereby it is displayed in the order of (1) -> (3) -> (2) which causes confusion to the user.

    Please help

    I would like to ask how can I disable the option buttons if it does not come from the last message.

    Concerning your first question about the order of the chatbot’s reply, we were unable to reproduce your problem, so we need more information on your Dialog Skill settings to resolve it.
    To get a JSON file with extended information, follow these steps:

    • Go to your IBM Cloud Dashboard. If nothing shows up, be patient. Sometimes it takes a while to load.
    • Click on your Watson Assistant service name in Services list.
    • Click “Launch Watson Assistant” (sample screenshot).
    • Go to the “Skills” page by clicking on your Assistant.
    • On the Skills tab, open the menu of your Skill by clicking the “three dots” button on the right and select “Download” in the menu (sample screenshot).
    • Send an email with the attached file to [email protected].

    What about your second question concerning disabling the option button, at the moment, the chatbot does not have such functionality.

    Hello, I am sure that the lag response time is caused by the plugin. I have checked the conversation history on IBM watson Assistant Analytics tab.

    With that, what is the solution to wrong chat display due to slow response time caused by the plugin?
