    Hi,

After the last update the chatbox appears full screen irrespective of the setting.
I have set the chatbox size to medium and the full screen option to off.
As you can see it opens full screen.

    Regards,
    John

Curious: On my desktop the full screen is not shown, but on the laptop it is.
    Settings unchanged, all caches flushed

    Hi John,

If you would kindly update again, this should be fixed in the latest update. Currently, the plugin forces devices with small screens to use full screen as a draggable window can cause issues on them. Your laptop’s screen should no longer be included in this group of devices, but your phone will still have this behaviour.

    Hi,

Just updated, cleared all caches, but the laptop still shows a full screen chatwindow.

    Hi,

This means that the dimensions of the browser on your laptop are small enough to be classified as a mobile device. We will provide more customization over which devices to display using full screen on in the next update.

    Thanks for your patience,

    Ok.

FYI before the last update the chatwindow was not full screen on the laptop.

    Hi John,

The newest update should revert the full screen behaviour back to original, and it allows further customization of when to use full screen in the Appearance tab of the plugin’s settings page. Please let us know if you have further issues.
