chatbox minimize

  • Hi,

    I can’t minimize the chatbox on my website – https://mega-bags.com/.
    Also, I want the chatbox to be closed but seems like it’s not working ATM – I prefer only to show the messenger button.

    Please advise,

    Hi @gurtene,

    You can configure this in the plugin set up flow. In the “Customise your Chat plugin” options, you can toggle on/off “Automatically expand”.

    that’s what I did.. but once the chatbox is open, it can’t be minimized…
