Chatbox only on daily days

    Hi! I need to configure Tidio to only appear on the web from Monday to Friday and not to be activated on weekends. Could it be done? If so, I would appreciate it if you would indicate in which section it is modified. Thanks and good day!

    Hi there!

    Thank you for writing in
    You can actually do that by first setting your Chat to not be displayed when you are Offline and then setting your Operating Hours in Settings > Operating Hours so that you will always be Offline during weekends.
    You will have to install our Mobile App in order to use this solution though because without it, you would be set to Offline when you log out off of your Tidio Panel, so your Chat would not be visible during the weekdays as well.
