    I purchased your ChatGPT Assistant, and I could connect using my API key, but when I try to use the bot, it said the following: You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details. For more information on this error, read the docs: https://platform.openai.com/docs/guides/error-codes/api-errors.

    I just purchased the $20.00 per month account, and I can use the ChatGPT 4 online okay, but now I can’t use it at all. You don’t have ChatGPT 4 listed on your setting page under “Model.” Therefore, I suppose it’s using the 3.5?

    Please advise.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
