If you are using WooCommerce Services to supply USPS rates, you’ll navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping (tab) and edit the WooCommerce Services method in your Shipping Zone. Once in edit mode, in the “Rates” box, you should see a setting that says “Which rates would you like to show?”. You can select “Only show the cheapest rate.”
If you are using the standard USPS plugin, you’ll take the same steps, but you’ll edit the USPS Shipping method in your zone instead. Once in edit mode, you’ll find this in the second setting on the page, “Offer Rates.” In the drop down, select “Offer the customer the cheapest rate only.”
