The guests on my site started to receive info/error “cheatin’ uh?” while trying to send their (vote for a song from the music chart). I know that this error often happens when you try to upload some media without having any instance related to it. I haven’t noticed this error on the backend while adding pictures but some guests on my site who want to make some input (send a vots) encounter this problem which would never appear before.

In the latest WP version several core files had been changed (medialibrary-uploader.php for example) and now some templates stopped working properly and started presenting this error to the site guests and even admins. I found an explanation on the net that if such an error appears then probably the theme is using a customized version of slightly modified options framework. To avoid this error the user would have to make changes to WP core files which is a very bad idea.

I sent a note to my theme developer but he claims it has nothing to do with his theme but rather a voting system. Please check if it is not the case.

Sure. But I cannot do it here. You’ve got an email I can send it to?
