Cheatin’ uh? Issue!

  • Ok… So I saw this on one other install of wordpress and so I am freaking out cause it is halting work!

    I go to my theme and click Upload Background and then the window comes up to upload but inside is just the words “Cheatin’ uh?”. I can upload through posts and pages but not anything els! I need to get my wordpress up NOW! Please help me if you can! I always have the newest version and I have tried turning off all my plugins and getting WP Optimizer…

  • I am familiar with this but only because I have purchased themes from themeforest. Are you working with a premium theme? Some of the theme authors have put safeguards in areas of the themes to combat people snagging and nulling their themes. You may want to talk to them if you purchased the theme as that is likely where it is coming from.

    If you are not, I have no idea. I have never experienced that with a normal wordpress installation.

    I take it back… it was NOT a theme forest theme! Its from MoJo…

    If I give someone access to that FTP can you look at it?

    Same principle applies. Ask MoJo about it.
