Membership Lite supports a maximum of 2 membership levels. Are you trying to add a third?

If you need to add more than two membership levels you would need to use the full Membership plugin https://premium.wpmudev.org/project/membership/

Hey there.

The cheatin message is a WP one when you don’t have permission (this is due to a limit on the amount of levels). Our next version should improve the UI so that this message doesn’t get presented.

The last release also ups the limit from 2 levels to 3. ??
