Cheating huh? after login

    Hi!

    After I’m logging in from the Support Plus login page, I’m getting redirected to the white blank page with a message: “Cheating huh?”. When logging in from a WordPress standard login page, everything is working normally, as expected.

    Could anybody help with that?

    Thank you for writing in.

    There could be two possible reasons for this –

    1. If you are using any Captcha or Membership Plugin installed which is restricting your access to this page. In that case you need to configure this page in that plugin’s setting to ensure it is available to all relevant user groups. You can also disable the captcha plugin or use WP Link option for Login. To do the later go to SupportPlus > General > General Settings > Scroll towards the end and select Default Login value as WP Login Link.

    2. Or check that in SupportPlus > General > General Settings, if the ‘Restrict to view advanced Support Page’ options are not checked. If they are, uncheck them.
