Check automatic email before sending

It’s not possible to preview it because the email will be sent automatically.

Is there any reason why do you want to check it before sending?

Yes because we need to see the article in the real view and modify it if necessary. So if it is automaticaly send before seeing it it’s a problem.

Unfortunately, that would be difficult to achieve if you have a Post Notification email set up.

That’s why if you edit this email you’ll see posts displayed there even if there’s no newly published post. They’re are just for illustrative purposes so you can preview what future posts will look like.

If there’s anything you need to change in the posts included in your newsletter before sending it, I’d suggest creating a standard newsletter and sending it manually instead.

Just another thing : with the automatic sending, if we use an article one month and re-use it another month, how the system will detect that it is an new article to be sent : it’s not only by “publish” it but with the publish date ?
So if I check the article before changing the date, I will not be sending yet.
And if I change the date after, it will be sent ?
