Check boxes not printing

    Hi there
    I have created tables with tablepress and one column has check boxes. So I go through and check some of them, but when I go to print it (using the datatables buttons plugin), the check boxes do not show up. Also, I have combined some cells and they look fine on the website, but upon printing, they have become “uncombined”.

    I am also getting an error when I go to the page with the table on it:

    DataTables warning: table id=tablepress-15 – Requested unknown parameter ‘1’ for row 0. For more information about this error, please see https://datatables.net/tn/4

    I went there, but couldn’t see how to fix it ??

    Hi,

    thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

    Unfortunately, I’m not aware of a solution to this ?? This is a limitation of the external DataTables Buttons script, which apparently only offers the text for printing, but ignores things like checkboxes or images. From what I can see in the documentation of the script, at https://datatables.net/extensions/buttons/ , there’s no option to change this ??

    As for that error message: That’s also caused by DataTables (the core script this time, not the Extension). Unfortunately, it does not support tables that contain combined/merged cells. You will therefore have to remove those to turn off the error message. Sorry for not having better news here.
