Check for 1st Broadcast

Hey Edward,
What would be the most efficient way to check for the first broadcast? We’re trying to only run some logic within threewp_broadcast_broadcasting_before_restore_current_blog AFTER the first broadcast has already happened. Is there a flag or something I’m missing?
