    Hello.

    Is it possible to Check gift card balance via form (from shortcode like for PW Gift card) ?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We don’t have option to check gift card balance. Our plugin’s gift card coupon feature is built on WooCommerce’s standard coupon feature. Just like WooCommerce’s default coupons, if there’s a remaining balance after an initial use, WooCommerce’s default behavior is to not allow users to use the remaining value. The coupon can only be used multiple times with the same discount amount. However, the difference is that, our coupons are designed to be used once per customer per order.

    So, instead of checking the gift card balance, you can check the available gift cards in My account page
