Sorry if that has been asked before, I didn’t find anything related during my search. I installed FluentCRM today, built a form with Elementor and connected it according to your tutorial: https://fluentcrm.com/docs/elementor-integration-with-fluentcrm/

It works perfectly fine, sends the confirmation e-mail to new contacts, and it doesn’t add adresses that already exist (I activated adding new contacts only, not updating existing ones). Now my question: I’d like to give my subscribers a feedback for both cases:

    a) new contact: that a confirmation e-mail for double opt-in is being sent to them where they need to click the confirmation link

    b) existing contact: that they are already in the list (thus not receiving a confirmation e-mail)

after they submitted the form to keep them informed about what happens next / that nothing is going to happen…

    How do I achieve this?

    Thank you for your support.

    Kind regards

    Karin

  • Hello @sprachlos,

It won’t be possible to send a confirmation to existing contacts along side new contacts. You can try using FluentForms instead of using Elementor Form where you can use conditional logic to send multiple confirmation emails based on different conditions.

    Thank you!
