Check if emails are received

    Hi, I have been using your wonderful plugin for a few years. Recently noticed no reviews, although log shows 69 reminders sent, none opened which is unusual (sending through your smtp, ‘verified’ option selected). Test email went out ok. Is there a way to check that emails are going out Ok?

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    Can you share some screenshots of the recent review reminders sent on the page WooCommerce > Orders?
    You can also double-check by making an order from the frontend > complete it > send the review reminder > submit a review and see if it works.

    Test worked fine, thanks!

    Noticed that reviews for excluded products show as ‘sent’ but ‘error’. Hence the confusion.
