Check if plugin is enabled

Hi, I use your awesome plugin Secondary Title, and i want to ask you two things if you have time:
– this plugin will be keep alive/updated and if have errors will be fixed?
– can you help me with this (i want when plugin is enabled to show second title and when is not, nothing- now is error when is disabled) function_exists
